If you can find a minimally damaged girl who's father was absent and get to her before she becomes a human train wreck then go for it. But plan on becoming a hermit for the first 10 years of the relationship.

I might start asking young girls about their family situation from the outset, to see whether the father is still around and whether he is an alcoholic or not.
