Yep, seeing more and more. Employment policies used to state "No visible tattoos", now that's making things a little difficult.
One small, discreet tattoo I can deal with. Perhaps it's symbolic or meaningful to them, even if it is stupid. Multiple tattoos just shows poor impulse control = slut = not worthy of commitment. Annoying, but at least they're telling you from the outset I suppose, like someone who shows up to an interview drunk.
