The only real disadvantage I can imagine a good looking guy having is being over-reliant on looks in youth, and when those looks fade for whatever reason, being completely unable to interact with younger women who now see themselves as better than you. If they aren't extroverted and set in their ways, that would seem like a difficult transition to make later in life. I'd also imagine aging is much more difficult to deal with and noticeable for someone who once regularly had access to the hottest women.
