Now, if you pay to have your profile at the top of the search engine list, pay for VIP(makes your profile look better), and pay for your profile to appear in ads on the corner of the screen...then yes, you should get many messages. Why? Because obviously you got $$$ if your advertising like that (you should also mention how rich you are in your profile). I've seen an American guy do this and he told me he gets dozens of messages a day. Probably mostly girls looking for a sponsor or a visa, imo.

You might as well hire an escort and save the time/effort. Sponsoring = pay for play, just slightly less obvious.
Does it matter if you give the girl 100 bucks for her fee..... or if you giver her 100 bucks to "help pay the rent/tuition/groceries"
