Funny data sheet, when I visited Dumaguete five years ago, I loved it and most of the other RVF guys I know who go quite like it. Obviously its a small town so not comparable to a place like Cebu but this data sheet seems overly negative, plus there's no mention of the surrounding areas like Apo Island, Siquijor, Dauin, Valencia, etc which are really nice spots (beaches, waterfalls, diving, etc).
