Try to get at least to B2/C1, that's the level where employers start to consider your German as useful.
You'll need some kind of official certificate from a university which states your job skills, a reference letter from a previous employer/from internships and a CV which covers everything without unreasonable gaps.
Than you should be fine applying. Bonus would be if you have some kind of personal connections to bypass HR gatekeepers and speed up the process.
