I am in the same camp. I certainly don't want Milo or the likes of Oscar Wilde to be killed or punished. Let them do what they wanna do - we still don't know enough about the reasons for homosexuality.
But I would ban gay marriage (they can have legal unions - that is enough to visit their significant other in hospital), stop gay pushing, ban stupid gay pride parades since we don't have hetero-porn-pride parades either. Let them have their gay bars, be as gay as they want - no adoption though either.
Be tolerant, but sensible - that is my motto.
And our intrinsic biology confirms it - even the ones who claim to be all for it.
