Alright, my current diet (last couple of weeks) is basically this:
Breakfast: Bacon, 2 eggs, 2 sausages, black tea (no sugar or cream), fruit (berries). (Optional: Greek Yogurt)
Lunch: Steak, or chicken, or pork (i.e. I smoked some pulled pork recently) and water or sparkling water*
Dinner: Chicken, Steak, or Fish, with a vegetable (broccoli) cooked in olive oil. 1-2 light beers or 1-2 glasses red wine
Snack: Fruit (raspberries or blackberries), or 1-2 oz. Italian salami
If I'm out I may get a hamburger and ice water for lunch. Somehow I doubt the "processed" bun and tablespoon of ketchup (which has some sugar) will totally ruin the diet.
When I get bored I may switch the bacon for smoked salmon.
