Russians care as its the only official games they are playing before the world cup. That they are not filling the stadiums is another thing and a general concern, it could be the same with the world cup, due to Russia's bad reputation when it comes to security. Russia is also not that football crazy as people think it seems.
Other then that the small teams care as well, Mexico probably as well as they have limited resistance in their own qualifiers. Germany/Portugal/Chile agreed might be less enthusiastic.
Right now: Mexico having a hard time against New Zealand, this is not a guaranteed win it seems.
