mad props to you for being able to achieve and maintain your goals.

no doubt about that.

but really, do be aware that there are some women who view six pack abs as inherently unmasculine.

it is not very manly to be so vain to the point of extreme dieting.

that is for chicks

a Man, does what he does and then is who is.

i think there is a plenty of metro-backlash built up from the late 90's and 00's such that the manly man approach has traction.

dunno bro! some chicks like to be crushed by a mountain of man.

some chicks like to get with skinny dudes

Reaper, those reptiles who think a six pack is not masculine have a screw loose. One of my friends was 250 pounds with a six pack. Just a regular cat that would play a little ball for cardio, hit the gym now and then.

This type of build was normal in my area. People often associate six pack with skinny?

Six pack only means the person has low body fat. It doesn't mean that they are skinny jeans candidates. Shytt, I've seen Ronnie Coleman with a six pack and that mofo clocks in at 280 competition time (correct me if I am wrong).

But I agree with you on the mountain on muscle crushing. Some lizards truly dig that.
