I think I'm going to do the RFL diet starting tomorrow and see if I can last 2-3 weeks. It will be the RFL+A diet tho because I won't stop drinking. I don't have that much willpower but I will only drink hard alcohol and wine.
I expect to lose some strength but I have no idea how much. My goal is to lose 10-12 pounds of fat and I'm willing to go a full month if I can hack it.
