lol....no they are not that easy. Weed is becoming a little more accessible as of late but the quality is not that good. The only way to get in trouble in Cuba is drugs so I highly recommend staying away.
A bottle of Cuban rum some Salsa in the back round and all that tail running around will keep you happy for weeks my man!
