You really have to be careful with the room key thing. If you have another girl over, you are likely setting yourself up. If you give the key to a girl you don't know very well, you msy be setting yourself period. I gave an extra key to a girl one time and just ended up having to get the front desk to shut off all existing keys and just issue me a new key. I've had over a hundred girls in hotel rooms in many countries for decades and the only time I was cockblocked was in Playa del Carmen.
