About the homeless, I'm all for their human rights, but it is a mess in that area. I'm a tall and big guy myself, but I don't like to be harassed by crazies and I can imagine it must be 1000x worse for chicks.
I'm sure ... if you're a LEGIT 8/10 (and Houston has many of these nowadays) and wearing a short, tight skirt and top... it could be frightening i'm sure lol
