It doesn't matter to the thug on the street if you are cleared or not. We see this through the latest case of Ched Evans. He is still a poisoned chalice to many because of the stigma and the social justice surrounding his case. This was a man with witnesses, CCTV, a girlfriend and a big bank balance.
