Try it, you might get lucky, specially in some parts of Copacabana beach. But should you try it elsewhere, do it at your own risks and perils.

Or if you want to be more subtle and more poetic, say to a girl you're already seeing "quero cafuné" or "vamos fazer cafuné gatinha". And just watch her eyes light up.
