I know this guy was banned, but yes, Costa Rica has better quality than El Salvador and if you don't think Costa Rica is a cakewalk, you either haven't spent any real time there or are doing things really wrong. Also, stay out of places like Del Ray or whatever the hell it's called and you won't see that many prostitutes.
