OP, in the same boat as you. I sometimes find my good mood carrying me into momentum overdrive where I go to do one thing and then finish and end up spending 30 minutes on another task before realizing I had no intention of doing so.
Might I offer
-Yoga
-Walk outside in nature
-Binaural beats for creativity, relaxation, or mindfulness. (I've found this to be especially useful)
What the guys offered sounds very beneficial and I know nothing about it so I'll steer clear.
And remember, if your going thru nofap, your brain is rewiring. Your anxiety is temporary as all anxiety is the body saying "this isn't my normal state/something is off"
