Canadian Professor stirs up controversy by refusing to use non-binary pronouns

There is now a petition in support of the professor, and more rhetorical than dialectical it is, more militant too, even if it ends with a kind of wailing note ' I sincerely hope that there will be no retribution against him on the part of the university for this decision'. Well, if at all (it suggests a line of attack against him, especially as the university itself until now has not taken any stance as far as I know), it should be strong, like It must not be retribution against him...

Well, it seems everybody already expects that it will ends in the court...
I really do hate how the idea of rights turns everything into a complaint to authority here.... the inherent downfall of legalism, or Hobbesian Leviathan lives and thrives!
