Ibague and Cucuta are on my list of cities to go check out later this year or early next year, as I plan to spend a lot of my time in Colombia. I'm actually really into the idea of getting outside of these main cities and exploring these littler ones....once my Spanish improves a little more. Largely because I don't want to get into a situation I can't handle, since safety is still a concern of mine.
