Not discounting your experiences.....more importantly I am glad you still have a positive view of the country.....but I also think it is important to also talk about those of us that have not had those events happen to them....
I also hangout with lots of foreigners through work and socially in Bogota. Very few have had negative experiences in the city due to crime. Again they take the precautions I noted in my previous post.
I am also not so naive to think that this does not mean that tomorrow I could get robbed or drugged....it could happen to anyone!
