If your looking for shampoo alternatives, I noticed after doing a sensory deprivation float my hair was very thick/had good volume. So I started using Epsom salt as a quasi shampoo and its great.
For those of you with thicker hair, I don't know what the results will be but for us fine haired guys, its very good.
