Is it the best major city in American (say top 40 in metro area population)? No. But it's not the worst. When it comes to women, I'll take DC over Boston, Denver, or SF Bay any day.
A lot of nerdy guys like myself find DC an improvement from where we were previously. That doesn't mean it's good.
