I agree with the premise of the OP that many of those sorry excuses (i.e this neckbeard, never heard of him) led many to the light.
But, in my humble opinion, this thread should not have been labeled as such. People like this neckbeard should not be praised (or even thanked), but ignored or ridiculed (if they step out of the line).
