There are some quality local and even tourist girls in Jaco, but they are vastly outnumbered by prostitutes, spring breakers, whoremongers, and other tourists. For every quality girl in Jaco, there are literally thousands more in San Jose. I don't know if this is unique to me, but Costa Rica is easily the easiest country in Latin America. I say you have to really mess up to get blanked there.
