I've been in cebu for almost a week and almost swooped a Jap girl out of LIV (was kissing her inside of liv), then when I texted her the next morning- no response. Its just much harder to do than a filipina.
Tried talking to a bunch of koreans day-time in Cebu (mid-late 20s here) and just got absolute nowhere.
