Anyway, I think we've missed the real culprit. It's computers that are to blame, not diets. Notice that obesity took a spike exactly when the Internet sprang forth. Understand why that happened, and maybe you can speculate about cures.
I used to be a fat fuck who slammed cokes, pizza, and dessert pastries like there was no tomorrow.
Now my diet is mostly green smoothies, lean fish, whey protein, and vegetables, cheat meals and refeeds aside.
People can change.
Rather than the coddlers who spin bullshit like "It's cheaper to be fat than to eat healthy", "the government/McDonalds made us fat!", "f- your beauty standards, etc"
