Control warriors can still be burned if your early game is strong enough.

My deck includes two clockwork gnomes, which drop spare parts. It's very possible to get finicky cloak field for Antonidas. Also if you play him on turn 10 and spam three cheap spells you still get 3 fireballs even if he dies.

The goal is to burn the face with damage not control the board forever.

If you have a flamewalker on the board and you're holding onto a arcane missles, you should use the missiles just so you can hit his face for 5 damage.

Yeah I was being facetious, you either burn down CW before he can start stockpiling armor, or you need Antonidas to stick. Even three fireballs from Antonidas can be a drop in the bucket against CW between Shieldmaiden, Justicar, Shield Block, Bash, etc.

Casino mage is prone to dead starts against some decks, and you can run into situations where your flamewaker or arcane missiles are pinging their armorsmiths or acolytes. Tricky matchup, also tough if they start with a weapon and smash your mana wyrms or flamewakers.

I played Tempo Mage a lot a few seasons ago when CW were everywhere, and it was necessary to run Water Elementals to keep them from killing your important minions with DB and Win Axe.
