My question is, and forgive me for my ignorance is this:

- Besides building walls, protecting our borders not letting migrants in.

How do we deal with the guys already having citizenship?
Should every muslim be deported?

Is there a way to screen muslims and be sure? I'm not willing to roll the dice.
