I've heard in certain Chinatowns you can go to certain tailors who measure you up and then send the information to Hong Kong where they have the suits put together and shipped back for amazing prices. You get to choose the fabrics etc, and for the price of one regular custom fit suit you can get like 5 custom fit suits.
