I know this is old, but i trained at Island Muay Thai on Koh Tao. Was everything you could ever dream of in terms of island paradise, good training and lots of diving (free diving in my case).
its definitely not a super gym and doesn't have Lumpinee Champions there..but they know what they are doing and can get you fights too if you want.
I trained there for about three weeks before one of my fights and it helped tremendously.
it is fucking FAR FAR away from Washington DC though I'll tell ya.
