I appreciate that you searched, some folks don't do that. I have looked a bit myself and they are scattered pieces floating around on rvf. But there isn't a master thread.

Also forgot to add: I don't speak any language other than English. I know, I know, self-improvement and all that....but I don't think the value of laying girls for the amount of effort required to learn a new language, and I could never see myself in a LTR with someone who isn't at least conversational in English.
So a population with at least passable conversational English is also needed.
