Why do you follow thai lopez as a role model? He is not very well liked by many people and for good reason.

I usually wake up between 5 and 6. Read for 2hrs, 20min on language learning and sometimes workout before all of that for 40min. I dont agree that gym in the morning is a waste of time. A long black and a workout gets your metabolism going and wakes me up. I then have a very light breakfast eating my first big meal at 4pm.
