An APB is in effect for the Washington DC area. Two hottish black females rubbed up on a guy in a convenience store. Even though he is about 6'4" and appeared to be giggling the whole time, police need your help in getting him justice.

Both women then continue to touch the man as he seems eager to escape their company.
