Its a culture that doesn't recognise the existence of sexual frustration. Many Christians have the same issue.
The simple answer is that if a man wants to live a traditional no-sex-till-marriage lifestyle, then he needs to marry early. Early meaning 18-20. The fact that the entire middle east and south Asia has disregarded what was previously normal is going to cause so many problems in their/our society.
