What can you get in Switzerland for $3000 a month? Wasnt that same amount what they where proposing as "basic income" there?
Im guessing thats chump change by Swiss standards. They are just transferring the costs of welfare to the fathers of single-mom babies. Or, in other words, not handing state money over to single moms any more. In other context some would call that progress.
