It can hold 200 shots. I'm not going to pretend that you can stop a determined killer with something like this, but pumping 200 pepper ball shots into the common house thief would probably be enough to make him run away or at least buy enough time for me to run away.

Those are the kinds of guns that Dog the bounty hunter uses when pursuing criminals. If those things have pepper balls and you hit someone in the chest, that will be the equivalent of getting pepper sprayed when that dust expands upon impact. A few rounds and that will drop an intruder like a sack of potatoes.

Personally, I'll stick with my shotgun because ammo is cheap. I only need to pump that thing once for the intruder to hear. Once he hears me pump a round into the chamber, he will most likely high tail it out of my home.
