Can anyone recommend an area to get a private flat/studio for 15 days to 1 month towards the end of Sept / early Oct? The center of Tallinn (Old Town) seems to be the most expensive as the following website shows 50 EUR/day as the going rent on avg. Is this normal?

Areas 1 and 2 in the map below seem to the cheapest options but Area 1 looks a bit rough on Google Street View and it's a 10 min walk to Old Town. Area 2 is close to the ferry terminals, kind of far away from the action. The benefit of Area 1 is that it's close to the daygame venues mentioned above but far away from the pubs on Suur-Karja. What area is the best to stay and what price should I expect to pay? Is it worth paying more to say in Old Town to make it easier to get a chick back to the flat?
