Local ratios seem decent in parts of the Marina, Berkeley and Oakland. When roaming the streets, supermarkets and cafés you will possibly see a reflection of that.
These sites are dope, and yes, seem to be pretty accurate. Mission is dude-heavy and the girls have fled SF en masse over to Oakland.
