Thanks for the break down InternationPlayboy. You said the beaches in Rio are as warm as the beaches in Cali during the summer months... is that considered warm or cold? I have never been to SoCal beaches during the summer, but I've heard that water is freezing, therefore the beaches aren't much fun unless you surf.
