Extroverts recharge through social interactions and introverts through alone time. There's really no getting around that. How much of an introvert are you, a pretty high percentage?
For alone time, try something like spending time with someone you're close to (could be a friend or a girlfriend). This way you're relaxed and in your introvert recharge zone but not actually alone.

) for a few hours. This lets you recharge and actually keeps your social and conversational skills sharp (or even sharpens them).
