Funny, Im doing a qualitative research project for my firm and just ran the content of this thread through our analysis app.
Turns out, roughly 76% of all these stories had to do with not pushing enough/not escalating enough/not approaching. Basically we all fuck up by NOT doing something rather than doing something and have it turned out wrong.
Just goes to prove the basic principle of game: its always better to do something and fuck up (which actually is quite rare that you fuck up) rather than NOT doing something and later biting off your own dick in regret. Audentes Fortuna Iuvat.
