Personally, quite often with girls that I've banged on the 1st date. And the interaction follows what you described almost exactly. Then I've done an experiment of sorts where I'd take a new chick on the 1st date, chat over a round of drinks, game her as usual, with kino and escalation to the kiss. I'd do this for an hour or so and then tell her I gotta get going I'm meeting my friends but we should get together again sometime.
