Double booked a date tonight

I need a good excuse to flake on a girl tonight. I've already flaked once due to get disagreement on where to go the first time.

What time did you set for each date? I'd set them for 7 and 10. If date 1 is going cold
drop her off and go on with date 2.

"I've got a headache"
"I'm not ready for anything at the moment"
"I have a girlfriend"
"I've got loads of work to do"
"I've been called into work"
"Something's come up and I have to see my family"
"I can't do tonight but let's rearrange for another time. Sorrrryyyyyy xx"
Just use the shite they send to us back at them.

I had totally forgot I set a date for 8pm tonight with a girl from Sunday. The one I want to flake on is at 7. Too be honest I am thinking about just saying I'm canceling because she keeps talking about dinner which is something I don't do in first dates. She's hot as shit though so that's the only reason I keep trying to set something up.

Don't flake too early-one of them may flake on you first
I'm double booked tonight myself-one at 5:45 and the other at 8 and i'm not even worried about it-i'll just see how things develop

It sounds like you don't need to cancel shit because nobody agreed to a date!
Something is badly wrong if you claim to have a date but don't even have it planned. You probably just texted "Hey, let's get together Thursday night." You need to say "Let's see a band. Meet at 8:00."
If she tries to finagle dinner by replying "I work late and get hungry" then she has not accepted your invitation and you don't even reply. You wait until she adds "Could you pick me up at 9:00 instead?"
Part of the problem is her fault for flaky behavior. But part of it is your fault for being vague and permitting this. You need to lead, with a specific time/place/activity. She can counter-offer. But you should interpret anything else as a rejection. And you don't keep asking a girl out who rejects you. And you certainly don't extend open-ended options that allow her to choose the time and activity while making you pay!
I suggest going radio silent. In the future you can give her a last-minute casual text.

Maybe I wasn't clear enough.
Both dates are set up but very close to each other. Thats the main issue.
I'll probably see if I can meet the one at 7 an hour earlier. Enough time to get in a couple of games of bocci ball.
If she can't then ill bounce the latter girl to the bocci ball venue for games and drinks.
Either way I get to play some bocci!

I've been flaking on my older FBs to bang the new young talents. I am musician so I just say "I've got an important jam, sorry can't meet tonight."

I ended up canceling with the first girl in favor of the 2nd girl. I ended up smashing and having everything paid for.
1st girl was pissed but I was like whatever. Saturday she called and wanted to hang out. Told me no one has ever canceled or "disrespected" her like I did. I held my frame and showed no emotion. Called me an asshole etc etc. Still got a makeout but that's it. Now she texts me non stop.
Case closed.

UPDATE:
Shit didn't work out well tonight. My harem collapsed, 2 older FBs out, one got really pissed, yelled at me at some point in her BS (I yawned and didn't give any shit about it) because I said I didn't want a LTR (she is 35). At least now I am free to get the youngies I always wanted.
The flake rescheduled a park date for tomorrow and couldn't meet the 17yo because her mom and daddy planned some family dinner. So double booked for tomorrow. Dick in my hand right now. Time to build a new younger harem.

Beltoforion: I wouldn't be surprised if they came back.
Summer is perfect for building up that harem full of young chicks. Game on!
