Fucking Sprickets!!

So I just moved into a basement apartment in MoCo, MD and I have a bit of an issue... a pestilence would be a better description. I'm being invaded my sprickets, also known as Camel or Cave Crickets.

They're harmless, but the ballsy little fuckers are covered with legs, only slightly smaller then a house cat, and they jump AT YOU if you scare them.

I've put up a few line of chemical defense but I'm still seeing about one a day, anyone had any experience fighting these bastards?

(Edit: Posted in the DC subforum because apparently this area is known for its abundance of summer sprickets)

'Sup Chad? I've seen a few of these around my area as well however cave crickets are harmless so I wouldn't worry about them. I wish I had your problem instead I am inundated with house centipedes

which are just as ugly but also have a minor sting (not that I would have felt it as they usually scurry away as soon as light is shown on them)

Funny story house centipedes are true sprickets natural enemy lol. Some sites recommended using them as a form of control. I said the picture and decided I'd go with poison

I got 99 problems but a bug aint one.

I'm lucky, I live a few floors up from the street and we rarely ever have bug problems (a giant cockroach scared the shit out of me in the shower once). I'd call an exterminator to come take a look if it's "bugging" you that bad.
