Yea. One Piece and Naruto started out good but, now they are basically one big cluster fuck. Its to bad to because I did enjoy watching the Anime's when I was younger( even collected a few of the manga) , but now its just gotten to convoluted.

I am older now so more adult manga is more my thing now, Like Berserk which is G.O.A.T IMO

Watch Code Geass, Slade. FUCKING AMAZING! Game of Thrones & Gundam Wing had a baby and made this work of art. The voice actor for Lelouch won awards. There was a scene where Lelouch's girlfriend gets merked by some crazy assassin dude. I got lost for a minute.

Here's the link if you want to see that anime.

I'm playing a pretty interesting game called "Katawa Shouju." It's an interactive manga. I haven't gotten to the sex parts yet, but they should be interesting since it takes place at a school for disabled kids.

Code Geass is probably the only anime I've watched as an adult, and it was incredible.

Why did you post that video above? It's a major spoiler..

Die hard Naruto reader. I contemplated Itachi-ing my people on many occasions but i'm surprised at the less than ideal praise for a well written (red pill) story by my fellow members here.

Slade, not to hijack, but I'd be curious to get your thoughts on this thread about how your character has been developing, or the show in general:

And regarding this thread, I haven't seen much of Attack on Titan, but what I have seen, I liked.

Friends of mine have gotten really sucked into that, it's definitely a unique story and concept.

Manga or anime wise?

Manga wise I am telling you man check out Berserk artwork gets amazing as the volumes progress. also one of the main characters who turns bad has a pretty interesting philosophy about why he does what he does.

Anime wise: Cowboy Bebop, Fooly cooly( even though its kind of kooky), and Code Geass of course.

I always liked the akira series for that.

Apologies, I should have been more specific. Anime - I dk if I have the patience for manga.

I watched Cowboy Bebop and loved it. I will have to check out Code Geass.

I watched the Akira movie but it really fucked with my head and I didn't get it. I also watched Neon Genesis Evangelion and while it was conceptually interesting, it lacked a really compelling storyline, and the main character was a total beta bitch.

I'm currently on Chapter 4 of the Berserk manga. Only recently watched the series and was blown away. It's a shame they never carried it on.

My favourite Anime though is a toss up between Dead Leaves and Requiem From The Darkness. I like my Anime fucked up.

The actual manga for akira has more time to tell the story and so makes alot more sense than the movie.

One of my little hobbies is to debate hypothetical matchups between characters. It exposes you to a lot of obscure series.

There's some good stuff out there, but also stuff that's probably not worth your time.

Some of the stuff I immediately recommend:

Ghost in the Shell and all of its continuities (seriously, this is perhaps my favorite series- so much out there that could quite accurately foretell the future of society, game, etc).
Bastard!!
Project ARMS
The Guyver

Dragon Ball is also a nice one, specifically Goku's confrontation with Frieza. Although we probably overrate it somewhat because we grew up with it. It declined in quality after the Namek arc.

If one wanted to get into Ghost in the Shell coherently, where does one start? I hear there are multiple series and 3 movies.

Um well I never saw the movie, But watched The tv series. I don't think you really need to see the movie to understand whats going on, since the story do not relate to anything from the movie plot wise
