Looks like all the RVF "tourists" are gone from the DR just as the Dominican 5 months-long celebration season is heating up and it's back to us semi-residents to keep the flame up. We drink some more, and patron is calling this girl to pick her up at 8pm. Then he is back to facebook and turns out there is a friend who is in a lounge no more than 100 meters from us and we go there. I remind patron of the girls to pick up at 8pm and he has absolutely no recollection of that. His alcohol level is getting way up there. We meet the girl and her 2 friends: the nice looking girl with skinny legs and an americanized overweight girl. Patron is chatting her up and I try to hit on her nice looking friend. I suspect his line "see those gorgeous girls sitting there by the bar? - I can have any of them" did not really help his case. We finally bail at 11, it's Sunday so things are about dead already, we go for a hail mary by calling some other girls but no way. We are pretty smashed at this point and go back to sleep it off.

Lessons learned: 1. Don't start drinking in the morning and keep at it the whole day (easy to understand, hard to follow), 2. Increase efficiency by spending minimum time with girls before making a decision to move on to a next set. Definitely could have had a bang on Sunday night as well but got stuck with the wrong set of girls for no fucking good reason. Good times though all around.

Me and Rover went to the campo this weekend. Around 45 minutes from Santiago. Rover lined up a chick online and she bought her friend out. 2 18 year old girls. Watching this video, I notice how the women in the background at the restaurant is looking over to the table contently.
