I AM GUILTY! I have been a pig. Since the "financial collapse" of 2008, I have lived in the DR, Colombia, and most recently EE and Ukraine for 3 months. notches and notches. flags and flags.

I think I lost 10 years, and 25 pounds in the last 4 years. I worked out, learned language, learned dance, learned game. God! was that fun ... I would not have believed possible, to tell you the truth.

But, as I look to my next trip / adventure, I am looking to find a place/culture where I have an "even chance" as a foreigner. (I do not want to Spy Decoder Ring to interpret social interaction). Also, I would prefer to find one (1) good woman rather than a parade of party girls, models, or porn stars ... a place where I would enjoy living as a second home.

I MUCH prefer EE / Russian women in looks, appearance and manner. But they can be cold and very hard to know - I MEAN REALLY KNOW, not fuck. Considering beauty, education, sophistication, good values, etc.. please offer some recommendations for location?

I am leaning towards the Baltics ... Please hold in your mind that this time I am NOT looking for volume or speed, but rather quality. I am more interested in women that are is 30 - 35, and still look damn near perfect physically. I noticed that there was a steep decline in physical appearance in Ukraine with age btw.

Your best chance is probably like you say the Batlics, or somewhere like St Petersburg/Moscow, more affluent places where the women can afford such things as gym memberships and eat good food.

The women have great figures in the Balkans, Serbian women for example have a nihilistic attitude where they will invest every dinar on themselves to look good. Unfortunately they do not know the basics of oral hygiene, and they still think smoking is glamorous. SO after 30 the body can look good, but their teeth are rotten.

Tallinn, Warsaw, or Ljubljana.

But only if your average net income is AT LEAST 2500-3000 euros a month, or you have significantly above average game & looks.

The healthy % of American women that look good is small when you move up in age. Alot doesn't imply a large %. If you want i'll meet you in Times square and we will count how many as a % of girls have what I consider attractive body in the over 30 group. I know for a fact you will see alot more big girls. Now if you like big girls well thats fine. I spent almost 2 decades standing around in a bullet resistant vest watching chicks walk by. Got paid to do so, trust me they are too big.

This begs more questions than it answers, my brother. OF COURSE, I am at a place in life where I mix game and "ability" - that may mean knowledge, experience, manner, and the ability to enjoy nice things (money). BUT, I am not looking for an interesada - a woman who measures the wallet first and the man second.

You've lived in Eastern Europe -- you should know it's not so black & white. Women in their 30s in this region want a guy who is financially stable and can at least take of himself and his woman.

That doesn't mean she's measuring your wallet -- she's measuring if your lifestyle is attractive and stable enough for her to want to be a part of.

Dude i lived as an expat 2 years in Kiev. i also spent an additional 8 months in Odessa and own a flat there near the beach. i speak elementary basic Russian. i have visited over a dozen cities and towns in the country. I am also married about 11 years to a Ukrainian, STILL married. I have family in Ukraine, Moscow and treinsneister region.
Did I mention my family comes from Russia, the Volgagrad region. Before they immigrated they lived in Ukraine.
i also live in a heavily FSU area of brooklyn, 1 mile from Brighton Beach, and have dated FSU girls since I turned dating age. Went to high school and college with a large % of them. When i walk out of my apartment i hear Russian music blasting on car radio's.
As for being observant , well, i think the fact that my father was big in the night club business when he was younger and i pretty much have been around night clubs a big part of my life , as well as in Kiev entertainment business , I pretty quick at seeing what kind of chicks are OUT there.

After reading your description, I´d recommend Sankt-Peterburg, Russia, hands down.

Second recommendation would be Lithuania, for example Vilnius.
Third one is a tie between Slovakia and Poland.

While there are common interests, there are also different perspectives and dynamics too! Hey, yes, I think it is often the better women who can totally keep their looks till their mid 30's, late 30's. Sure, they exist, and they are mostly EE / Russian. I've known mid/late 30's women who look and attitude of 25.

I would advise you to really travel to all of EE and find out what cultures you gel with. It takes surprisingly little time to really know I think, even a day or two days.

When you find a good country, get an apartment, and settle down there for a month at least.

I'd recommend Serbia myself. I find women there to be very friendly and warm. Quality there is only 2nd to Russia in my mind. Belgrade has a lovely atmosphere, but is not much to look at! Your general people experience there is top notch!

Bulgaria is under rated! I am not sure if I could live there though.

I haven't been to Estonia. Don't underestimate the Scandinavian countries for quality women as well! Finland is my favorite, a much deeper culture to my mind than the others. People there are *solid*
