I want a city directly on the Mediterranean that gets tons of great sunshine a year, but also has excellent girls. I'd like a place where the city is also substantial, in addition to being near nice beaches.

Rhodos,Agia Napa Cyprus,Chania Kreta and Korfu city are excellent choices in the summer season(from April to Oktober).Regarding appearance of local women best cities in Mediteranean are Split and Thessaloniki.Regarding easiness of women I do not know.

Just to inform you, the aegean and adriatic are both arms of the mediterrean sea. So technically, Athens and Split are both on the mediterranean. There's no dispute about this. In the same way that Naples is on the Tyrrhenian Sea, and Valencia is on the Balearic Sea, but these are still subdivisions of the mediterranean.

Rurik, you forgot to mention Nice and Montpellier. A friend of mine went to the later and had a blast. It has one of the biggest student populations in France, lots of young tan/olive skinned girls due to great weather and also much better attitudes then Paris. Speaks pretty good French though (he's half Italian half Mauritius) so I don't know how good it is if you only speak English.

Beirut is outstanding in terms of women. Gorgeous women everywhere. But for some reason that place is always in danger of war.

But the summer months in Beirut are probably the best in the whole world (June-Sept.). Similar to SoCal weather, meaning no rain whatsoever for 4 months, only sun every single day, with hot but not humid weather. Oh and great Mediterranean beaches + amazing food.

Tel Aviv is really nice as well, very very similar to Beirut obviously.

I hear good things about Split but never been. Athens is okay. South of France (Nice/Cannes/Monaco/St.Tropez) is outstanding if you're wealthy.

Well, I could see that. But keep in mind that most Israelis, guys and girls, take those 6-12 month trips right after finishing the army (most girls actually serve less than 2 years, guys do 3). So if they come off as tough and less feminine, well, that's what the army does to you. It tends to wear off after a few years back as a civilian.

But no argument about the columbianas. I know a few guys here who have done 'personal imports', meaning they brought over columbian or brazilian girls they met while travelling. Kept them around a year or so, then typically shipped them back.
