Looking at the map of incomes Albania stands out for me. I don't know if anyone here has broken the place down yet but the country seems to be spectacular geography wise. The coast looks awesome with crystal clear waters that are ideal for diving and as of yet untouched by the Northern hordes of tourists each summer. I don't know what the women situation is like but I expect it works heavily on social circle game. Cheap and with good transport links with direct flights to places like London/Berlin and relaxed visa regime means it's worth an investigative journey down there to suss it out.

This is the right idea, any store with attracts girls would be also good.

You are living in one of the hardest places to bang Spartan and so going to Russia after your time there,well it will blow you away just how different the women are there. In Ukraine restaurants and drinks in clubs/pubs are much cheaper. You also have cheap options for renting a fully equipped studio, between 30-50$ per day. Could be more than 25%.

Haven't been to that club in UB, been to others and had good time there. There are some Russian girls which moved to work in UB, mostly from Siberia, they were quite easy as well.

Agreed,I just plucked Budapest out of a hat but if I moved forward with the project seriously I'd give location more serious thought. Chisinau appeals:very cheap and near to Transdniester which had an amazingly high standard of Slavic women based on what I saw in my short period of time there.
